Maelezo ya Kozi
This course equips students with biblical principles and practical skills for the effective administration of the local church. Church administration involves organizing people, programs, resources, and facilities to support the mission of the church under the authority of Christ. Students will learn how to serve in leadership roles with efficiency, order, accountability, and godly wisdom.
Rooted in a Reformed and pastoral theology, the course emphasizes that administration is not a secular skill but a spiritual service. Topics include organizational structure, communication, budgeting, stewardship, planning, conflict resolution, documentation, and effective team building. The course also explores how African cultural patterns, government regulations, and local church traditions impact church operations.
