Maelezo ya Kozi
This course presents a theological study of human nature from a biblical and Reformed perspective, exploring what it means to be created in the image of God, the effects of the Fall, and the implications for human identity, dignity, purpose, and destiny.
The course examines key doctrines including the imago Dei (image of God), human constitution (body and soul), the covenantal nature of humanity, and original sin. It critically engages with contemporary views of humanity—such as secular humanism, naturalism, and modern identity theories—by affirming the Bible's teaching on personhood, gender, and moral responsibility.
Students will be challenged to understand themselves and others through the lens of Scripture, apply biblical anthropology to real-life ministry settings, and cultivate a pastoral heart that honors both the dignity and brokenness of every human being.
