Maelezo ya Kozi

This course provides a theological and pastoral study of the sacraments—baptism and the Lord's Supper—from a Reformed perspective. It explores the biblical foundation, historical development, and theological significance of these ordinances as means of grace instituted by Christ for the Church.

Students will study the nature and purpose of the sacraments, their relationship to the Word and faith, and the presence of Christ in the Lord's Supper. Topics such as infant baptism, believer's baptism, modes of baptism, frequency of communion, and fencing the table will be critically examined.

The aim is to deepen appreciation for the sacraments as gifts of God for the strengthening of faith, to guide faithful administration in the local church, and to foster worship that is both reverent and joyful.
