1.5 saa za mkopo

Maelezo ya Kozi

This course offers a comprehensive theological and devotional study of the book of Psalms, the inspired hymnbook of the covenant people of God. With 150 songs and prayers spanning lament, praise, thanksgiving, wisdom, royal, and imprecatory psalms, the Psalter provides deep insight into the heart of biblical worship, personal devotion, and Christ-centered hope.

Students will explore the structure of the Psalter (Books I–V), the major categories of psalms, and their theological significance. Emphasis will be placed on the Psalms' role in shaping the spiritual life of believers and the corporate worship of the Church.

Special attention will be given to how the Psalms point to Christ as the True King, Sufferer, and Worship Leader of His people.
