Maelezo ya Kozi

This course is a hands-on, supervised experience designed to integrate theological training with real-life ministry practice. It offers students an opportunity to apply biblical, theological, and pastoral principles in a local church, parachurch, or community ministry setting.

Under the guidance of a qualified field supervisor, students will develop ministry competence, leadership character, and servant-hearted discipline. Students will also engage in weekly journaling, peer discussion, and faculty-led theological reflection sessions.

In contexts such as African churches, students are also expected to understand local church dynamics, cultural leadership styles, congregational expectations, and the importance of contextual theology in practical ministry.
