Online Worship

Maelezo ya Kozi

This course examines the theological, pastoral, and practical dimensions of online worship in the life of the Church. With the growth of digital platforms and the disruptions caused by global crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic, many congregations have adopted online or hybrid models of worship.

Grounded in a theology of worship that prioritizes the physical gathering of God's people on the Lord's Day, the course nonetheless recognizes the value and necessity of digital means when in-person worship is restricted or strategically expanded.

The course does not seek to replace physical worship with digital substitutes but rather to provide theological discernment and best practices for faithful and reverent worship in online settings.
