Maelezo ya Kozi
This course equips students with a biblical, theological, and strategic framework for planting healthy, gospel-centered churches, with special attention to African contexts. Grounded in Reformed theology and the Great Commission mandate, the course presents church planting as a Spirit-led extension of Christ's kingdom.
Students will explore the biblical model of church planting as seen in the book of Acts and the Pauline missionary strategy. Key topics include the theology of mission, urban and rural planting models, team development, contextualization, leadership training, funding models, and sustainability.
The course challenges students to plant churches that are not only numerically growing but also spiritually maturing, centered on the preaching of the Word, faithful administration of sacraments, covenantal membership, and biblical leadership.
