Tuition and Fees

Shekinah Theological Seminary (STS) is committed to making quality theological education accessible and affordable without compromising academic and spiritual excellence. Our tuition structure is designed to support students from diverse economic backgrounds while ensuring sustainability of the Seminary's operations.

Note: The admission fee is payable once upon entry and is non-refundable. Evening courses are optional but recommended for students seeking to develop additional ministry skills. Changes will be announced in due time.

Payment Policy

All tuition and fees must be paid before or during the first two weeks of each semester, unless special arrangements have been approved by the Finance Office.
Students who delay payment beyond the grace period may be restricted from attending classes or participating in assessments.
All payments must be officially receipted and registered at the Accounts Office.

What the Fees Cover

The tuition fee includes:

All scheduled lectures and instruction

Access to the library and learning resources

Participation in chapel programs and discipleship sessions

Academic guidance and supervision

Internal assessments and examinations

Additional Costs

Students are advised to plan for the following additional expenses, which are not included in the tuition fee:

Stationery and study materials

Ministry field trips or practicum-related travel (if applicable)

Uniforms (purchased independently by students)

Sports and physical exercise T-shirts

Financial Assistance and Sponsorship

While STS does not offer full scholarships, limited financial assistance or partial sponsorships may be available through local churches, individual donors, and international partners.
